Carpet takes anywhere from 2-6 hours to dry after we have completed steam cleaning. Factors like home temperatures, urine treatment, type of carpet and padding all have a factor in dry time.

Shampooing = Using detergent scrubbed into carpet fibers. and then vacuuming as much up as possible. It often leaves residue behind, which attract dirt faster, and take longer to dry. ​ Steam Cleaning (Hot Water Extraction) = Using hot water and powerful extraction to remove dirt, allergens, and bacteria. We do use a pre-spray, but no residues are left behind and it leads to faster drying times.

Depending on the situation, we may help with small pieces like chairs. However, when the carpet is wet, it's best to let it dry fully for a few hours before moving anything back. This means we won’t be able to assist with putting it back in place. ​ But don't worry! Dust and dirt don't usually settle under those dressers and chairs, unless it was already dirty carpet when they were placed there. Those high-traffic areas where the grime likes to gather is where most end up wanting us to focus our our attention on during cleaning.

For customers who request, we use a combo of the Truck Mount Forum's Pro-Safe Extreme, Pro Safe Rinse, and EcoCide Citrus Lush, depending on our customer's needs and request (scentless/scented)

Our carpet cleaning pricing is simple and straightforward: $50 for rooms 12x12 and under $75 for rooms larger than 12x12 $75 for staircases $25 per gallon of enzyme used for urine treatment We also provide complimentary hallway cleaning when the hallway is adjacent to rooms we are already servicing. All services include a professional deodorizer at no additional cost.
